1. 接受條款
進入 FlowGrow 溢昇行平台時，您已閱讀、理解並同意遵守本條款。任何訂單均構成購買要約，本公司有權視庫存接受或拒絕，合約於交付貨品時成立。

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the FlowGrow platform, you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. Any order constitutes an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or reject based on stock. Contract is formed upon delivery.
送貨安排及條款
送貨時間表
固定每星期三或星期四安排送貨服務。假期或其他特殊情況將另行溝通安排。
免運費條件
- 凡單筆消費超過 HKD 300，加付 HKD 50 即可安排送貨到府。
- 單筆消費達 HKD 500，同一地址可免費送貨一次。
訂單確認時間
訂單處理需時 1 至 2 個工作天進行確認。
送貨範圍及限制
涵蓋香港、九龍及新界主要區域，但需確保合法停車位。村屋、偏遠地區（石澳、赤柱、深水灣、西貢、離島等）暫不提供送貨服務。
客戶責任與特殊情況
客戶須確保有人接收。電梯故障或惡劣天氣將重新安排，改期訂單加收 HKD 50 手續費。
FlowGrow 保留在特殊情況下調整送貨條款的權利，並會及時通知客戶。

Delivery Schedule
Fixed delivery on every Wednesday or Thursday. Holidays or special cases will be arranged separately.
Free Delivery Conditions
- Single order over HKD 200 + HKD 50 for home delivery.
- Orders over HKD 500 enjoy one free delivery (same address only).
Order Confirmation
1–2 working days.
Delivery Coverage & Restrictions
Covers Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories major areas, but legal parking within 50m is required. Remote areas (Shek O, Stanley, Deep Water Bay, Sai Kung, outlying islands etc.) are not served.
Customer Responsibility & Special Circumstances
Customer must ensure someone is present. Lift failure or bad weather will be rescheduled with HKD 50 fee for rescheduling.
FlowGrow reserves the right to modify delivery terms and will notify customers promptly.

退貨及退款政策
收貨檢查
收貨時請立即檢查產品狀況。若包裝破損、滲漏或產品變質，請即時通知送貨員並聯絡我們。
退款條件
符合上述條件下，我們接受 30 日內退貨，並退回指定銀行帳戶或現金。
無法退款情況
- 超過 3 天未聯絡
- 已開封或使用過的產品
- 人為損壞或儲存不當
- 特別註明不可退換的品項
換貨條件
產品若發現滲漏、變質或品質問題，請於收貨後 3 天內提供照片及收據申請換貨。
退貨流程
1. 聯絡客服安排取貨
2. 確認產品狀況後處理退款
3. 款項於 7-14 個工作天內退回

Inspection upon Receipt
Please inspect the products immediately upon delivery. If packaging is damaged, leaking or the oil is deteriorated, notify the delivery person and contact us right away.
Refund Conditions
Under the above conditions, we accept returns within 30 days and will refund to your designated bank account or in cash.
Non-Refundable Cases
- More than 3 days without notification
- Opened or used products
- Damage caused by improper storage
- Items marked as non-returnable
Exchange Conditions
For leaking, deteriorated or quality issues, please provide photos and receipt within 3 days of receipt to apply for exchange.
Return Process
1. Contact customer service to arrange pickup
2. Refund processed after inspection
3. Funds returned within 7-14 working days
